We’ve been on the hunt for a used car hitting a new dealership every day for a week, and Marino Chevy has blown 5 other dealerships out of the water. They take the best care of the cars and the customers here and the team is a well-oiled machine of professionalism and great personalities. We ended up with 5 year old Trailblazer that’s almost like new. There were no surprise fees at the negotiating table with Mike, and Pete leveraged his relationship with a local credit union to get us a great deal on financing. We’re leaving the dealership with a beautiful car in super reliable shape, and we feel like we made some new buddies along the way. I will be sending all of my friends to Marino.

After visiting many other dealerships for a used car, this place was a breath of fresh air. Very welcoming environment and transparent pricing. There were no shady dealership practices or pushiness. Highly recommend working with Mike and Pete. They will make sure you are taken care of and give you the best rate possible.

This dealership is the best. From top to bottom they were amazing. Every little detail was discussed and they made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend everyone buy a car from them!

I walked into Marino Chevrolet fully prepared for the traditional American experience: fluorescent lighting, psychological warfare, and leaving with a payment plan that would outlive me. Instead, Chris and Dom completely derailed my expectations. Buying my 2027 Chevy Bolt was so easy that I became suspicious. I kept waiting for someone to emerge from a back office in a cheap suit to explain why the price had suddenly doubled because Mercury was in retrograde. It never happened. Chris and Dom were honest, funny, patient, and refreshingly normal. They answered every question, never pulled any of the usual dealership Jedi mind tricks, and somehow made the entire process feel like two guys actually wanted me to leave happy instead of emotionally bankrupt. It's deeply unsettling when a car dealership gives you absolutely nothing to complain about. Frankly, they've endangered an entire genre of conversation. If you're buying a Chevy, go to Marino and ask for Chris and Dom. They sold me a fantastic car without making me feel like I was financing the collapse of Western civilization. Five stars. Terrific people. Disturbingly pleasant experience. I almost miss having something to rant about.

I had a really good experience. Chris was fantastic to work with as I pressed him for the best deal possible before I even walked in the door. Once there, Chris made sure that I was well taken care of by Yesenia and the rest of the Marino team. Having a quote in hand that I already agreed to made the sales process extremely simple and all I had to do was wait for finance - not surprising. Despite the wait, I got exactly what I wanted for the price I agreed to - no bait and switch! Even though they had a mixup with the home charger I purchased, they have been highly responsive and willing to make sure it’s right even post sale.

Tim in service was extremely helpful (as he always is!) with getting my Equinox EV in with a 12V battery issue. He is always friendly and a great communicator. I trust Tim to deliver with any planned or unplanned service needs!

Had an issue at first, but Marino chevrolet General manger Pete reached out to make things right. I appreciate their follow through.
