I’m writing to share feedback on my recent service visit. While the scheduling and check-in process were smooth, I was disappointed by the overall value and service experience. The oil change cost seemed high. The car wash was not included, and I expected it as part of the service. I wasn’t checked out with the same service advisor; the cashier handled checkout, which diminished the customer service feel I’ve come to expect from Chevy.
Ask for Ethan! He was very direct without being pushy. Made the whole purchase process fun and easy to understand. Highly recommend!
